"Exploring Our Universe" features digital imaging and computer animation to explore theories of the nature of the physical universe and the secrets of creation. "Universe" presents a look at the mysteries of space and time. "The Changing Universe" focuses on the nearest star to Earth--the Sun. "Supernova" highlights the discovery of an exploding star millions of light years away. "The Cosmic Background Explorer" contains contemporary theories of cosmic evolution. "Galileo: The Jovian Laboratory" and "Galileo: Earth/Moon Encounter" trace the six year mission of the Galileo space probe, scheduled to reach Jupiter in 1995. "Planet Mars" is investigated by Viking landings and secrets about the Earth's environment are revealed in "Landsat: 15 Years of Learning."
