The Seneca Indians leased Salamanca, New York to the U.S. government for 99 years. This documentary-style program brings the viewer to town meetings and negotiations which depict the struggle of the present-day residents to keep "their" land and the Native Americans to repossess it as the termination of the lease approaches.
