Family Across the Sea Movie Review 1991

Little known subculture in the southeast U.S. has ties to the Small African nation of Sierra Leone. The Gullah people, who were brought to this hemisphere by slave traders in the 17th century, have retained many of their African traditions including language, methods of agriculture, crafts, and more.
