From Mesopotamia to Iraq Movie Review 1991

Before Mesopotamia was overrun by neighboring tribes, the native peoples left writings on bricks which were uncovered by archaeologists in the 1970s. The result is a fascinating record of the world's first civilization. Program is an excellent background for study of the area that is now Iraq. Makes no references to current political situation.
