Max's Chocolate Chicken and Other Stories for Young Children Movie Review 1992

Three charming children's stories. "Max's Chocolate Chicken" by Rosemary Wells finds Max the bunny and his big sister Ruby in an Easter story which features a moral about playing fair. "Each Peach Pear Plum" by Janet and Allan Ahlberg has familiar Mother Goose and folklore characters hiding in colorful pictures and waiting to be found by eagle-eyed youngsters. "The Circus Baby" by Maud and Miska Petersham finds a baby elephant with bad manners learning a lesson from his mother.
