Alberta Hunter: My Castle's Rockin' Movie Review 1988

Portrays the life of Hunter, a blues singer and songwriter in the 1920s and '30s, who later lapsed into obscurity. She left show business to become a nurse but made her triumphant comeback at age 82. Features many of her hit songs, including "The Love I Have for You," "Handy Man," "Downhearted Blues," and "Darktown Strutters Ball."
