Starting off in New York, Bugsy decides to make it big in Hollywood and, with mob help, winds up building the first major hotel-casino in Las Vegas, The Flamingo, named after his girlfriend, Viriginia Hill. Includes interviews with contemporaries and authors as well as stills and archival footage.
