Project: Shadowchaser Movie Review 1992

Action-packed would-be thriller about a billion dollar android who escapes from a top secret government laboratory. Programmed with superhuman strength and no human emotions the android and five terrorists take over a hospital (located in a skyscraper no less). Their hostages include the President's daughter and the terrorists demand a $150 million ransom. With a four-hour deadline the FBI calls in the hospital architect to advise them--only they've got the wrong man--and the android's creator, who wants his creation back--no matter what the cost. A low-budget Terminator clone.
