Night on Earth Movie Review 1991

Jarmusch's "road" movie comprises five different stories taking place on the same night in five different cities--Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Rome, and Helsinki--between cabbies and their passengers. As with any anthology some stories work better than others but all have their moments in this ambitious film with its outstanding international cast. Subtitled in English for the three foreign segments.
