Stop! or My Mom Will Shoot Movie Review 1992

Getty is an overbearing mother paying a visit to her cop son (Stallone) in Los Angeles. When mom witnesses a crime she has to stay in town longer than intended, which gives her time to meddle in her son's work and romantic lives. If Stallone wants to change his image this so-called comedy isn't the way to do it--because the joke is only on him. Viewers who rent this may find the joke is on them.
