Late for Dinner Movie Review 1991

In 1962 Willie, a young, married man, and his best friend Frank are framed by a sleazy land developer. On the run, the two decide to become guinea pigs in a cryonics experiment and wind up frozen for 29 years. It's now 1991 and Willie wants to find his family--only his wife is middle-aged and his daughter is all grown-up. Can he make a life with them again or has time indeed passed him by?
