Relentless 2: Dead On Movie Review 1991

Rossi, the detective from the first film, tracks yet another murderer whose occult-style mutilations mask an international political conspiracy. So-so slaughter with artsy camera work. Honestly, how many "Relentless" fans can you name who've been waiting with anticipation?
