Tight Spot Movie Review 1955

Been-around-the-block model Sherry Conley (Rogers) is serving time for a crime she didn't commit when she's offered a deal by U.S. attorney Lloyd Hallett (Robinson) if she'll testify against mob boss Benjamin Costain (Greene). But since no other potential witness lived to the trial date, Sherry's against cooperating. However, Hallett puts her up in a hotel with bodyguard Vince Striker (Keith) in hopes she'll change her mind. But Costain has a lot of clout and is determined to get to Sherry. Rogers gives an excellent performance in a dramatic role with fine support from the rest of the cast.
