Jane Campion Shorts Movie Review 1986

These three short films made by the Australian director when she was a student, first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. "Passionless Moments" explores what seem to be unimportant moments in life; "A Girl's Own Story" is about growing up in the '60s; in "Peel," a power struggle develops when a family goes for a Sunday drive. "Passionless Moments" and "A Girl's Own Story" are in black and white.
