Selections from Billy Joel's groundbreaking rock 'n' roll tour of the Soviet Union in 1987. Essentially a video record of the Joel's "In Concert" album released after the tour, the video does include a previously unreleased version of Dylan's "The Times, They Are a-Changin'." Also featured are "Angry Young Man," "Allentown," "Goodnight Saigon," "A Matter of Trust," "Back in the USSR," "Uptown Girl," "Big Shot," "Baby Grand," and "Big Man on Mulberry Street."
