Deadly Surveillance Movie Review 1991

Two tough policemen investigate a series of drug-related murders and stake out a possible suspect--a beautiful woman who's the lover of one of the lawmen. Tension in this Canadian-made cop opera evaporates in the third act for a standard buddy-buddy action finale.
