Going Under Movie Review 1991

Subsurface military satire about the U.S.S. Sub Standard, the worst nuclear vessel in the Navy. It's so poorly constructed that the brass would rather sink than inspect it--if only they could. Interesting cast sinks with script headed for dry dock.
