Dollman Movie Review 1990

An ultra-tough cop from an Earth-like planet (even swear words are the same) crashes in the South Bronx--and on this world he's only 13 inches tall. The filmmakers squander a great premise and cast with bloody shootouts and a sequel-ready non-ending.
