Bolshoi Ballet: Giselle Movie Review 1956

The 1956 production of "Giselle" at London's Covent Garden is presented, along with "Walpurgisnacht" from Gounod's "Faust" and several other selections. Music is by the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. This was the first post-war appearance of the Bolshoi Ballet in the West.
