Turner at the Tate Movie Review 1991

A celebration of the life and art of John Mallord William Turner. Upon his death, he requested his fortune be used to build a gallery where the public could see his work. The Queen herself opened the London Tate Gallery nearly 100 years after Turner's death. His work is permanently on display there.
