Ethnic Notions Movie Review 1987

Documentary which probes the stereotypical images white Americans have of blacks, that have contributed to racial prejudice in this country. Cartoons, songs, feature films, advertisments, folklore and children's rhymes that depict African Americans as inferior are examined in terms of white America's ever-changing desire to justify racism.
