Silly, sophomoric, sexy comedy starring Cusack and Robbins as young wanna-be rock-video producers who get mixed up with perverted politicos, conniving music-industry types, and asinine bands looking for MTV stardom before they eventually strike it big helping their childhood idols, The Swanky Modes. Many big-name music industry cameos and a great soundtrack help keep things lively when the plot goes out of control. Sam Moore and Junior Walker are the Sam & Dave-esque Modes.
