Cat Chaser Movie Review 1990

Weller walks listlessly through the role of an ex-soldier in Miami who has an affair with the wife of an exiled--but still lethal--military dictator. Surpisingly low-key, sometimes effective thriller that saves its energy for sex scenes, also available in a less steamy, 90-minute "R" rated version. Based on an Elmore Leonard novel.
