Wallflower Amick (Shelley the Waitress in "Twin Peaks") turns into party monster when she dons red dress made from evil ancient Aztec cloak. Many dead soldiers when this girl parties. Based on a Cornell Woolrich short story, it's another in a series of ever more disappointing entries from Hooper, whose cult fave "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" had low as they come production values, but far better scares.
