Flight of Black Angel Movie Review 1991

Wacked-out F-16 pilot fancies himself an angel of death, and, after annihilating a number of trainees, sets out to make Las Vegas a nuked-out ghost town. Squadron commander Strauss, however, is not pleased with his pilot's initiative. Made-for-cable script runs out of gas and heads into a nosedive.
