In 1971 Black Panther leader Dhorubha Bin Wahad (Richard Moore) was convicted of shooting two New York City policemen. In 1990 his conviction was overturned on a charge of prosecutorial misconduct, although the possiblity of a retrial exists. Utilizes archival footage and personal accounts to look at the Black Panthers and the political turmoil of the age.
