Evil drug kingpin Tyger McFerson (Albergo) is acquitted of murder charges because all witnesses against him have been killed by his ninja army. Cops Rodney Kuen and Jerry Wong (Lou) give McFerson the benefit of the doubt because he saved their lives in Viet Nam. But when Jerry's reporter wife is kidnapped by Tyger's ninjas to suppress evidence against him, Jerry suits up with all his ninja gear and storms McFerson's compound. Despite the video release title, there's no reason to believe any of this takes place anywhere in the United States.
