In October of 1947, screenwriter Gordon Kahn was one of the many Hollywood personalities to be blacklisted for his political views. As a result, he never worked in film again. This video examines the circumstances surrounding that era and includes interviews with Kahn's son, who tells of the effects of the incident on his family.
