Steele attempts to stop some criminals who've been harassing a stagecoach line. Republic was better than this weak western would lead us to believe. Steele, who went on to better things, is a bright spot in a film that sounds and looks bad. Keep your ears open for the sound of airplanes--apparently Newfield forgot they hadn't been invented in the time of the wild west. From a story by E.B. Mann.
