Basket Case 2 Movie Review 1990

Surgically separated teenage mutant brothers Duane and Belial are back! This time they've found happiness in a "special" family--until they're plagued by the paparazzi. Higher production values make this sequel slicker than its low-budget predecessor, but it somehow lacks the same charm.
