On a road trip to the French Riviera, Mark (Finney) and Joanna (Hepburn) look back on more than a decade of marriage and find only fragments of their relationship. Flashbacks to their first meeting and subsequent vacations detail what when wrong and if their love is worth saving. Mancini score adds poignancy to the couple's reflections on their stormy life. Well-acted but the very sixties look has dated badly.
