Velvet Touch Movie Review 1948

Well-engineered thriller about an actress who craftily murders her producer. A theatre-loving police detective winds up accusing the wrong woman--sending the overwrought murderess into a moral tailspin. Things don't work out as you may expect. Fine acting.
