Tony Rome (Sinatra) is a P.I. living the good life on his boat in Miami. He's hired by wealthy builder Rudolph Kosterman (Oakland) to keep an eye on his erratic daughter, Diana (Lyons). Turns out there's organized crime and blackmail involved as well--oh, and a babe named Ann (St. John). An entertaining diversion based on the novel "Miami Mayhem" by Marvin H. Albert. Followed by "The Lady in Cement" (1968).
