Queen of Hearts Movie Review 1989

Excellent, original romantic comedy is a directorial triumph for Amiel in his first feature. An Italian couple defy both their families and marry for love. Four children later, we find them running a diner in England. Humorous, dramatic, sad--everything a movie can and should be. Fine performances.
