Shelter for the Homeless Movie Review 1987

This film describes a Sri Lankan program which enables families living under the poverty level to build their own homes with government help. In addition, the film focuses on Rio de Janiero's new policy of land tenure which helps shantytowns become functioning neighborhoods.
