The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad Movie Review 1988

More hysterical satire from the creators of "Airplane!" The short-lived TV cop spoof "Police Squad" moves to the big screen and has Lt. Drebin uncover a plot to assassinate Queen Elizabeth while she is visiting Los Angeles. Nearly nonstop gags and pratfalls provide lots of laughs. Nielsen is perfect as Drebin and the supporting cast is strong; cameos abound.
