Great Weirton Steal Movie Review 1984

A documentary about the efforts of West Virginia steel mill workers to save their jobs and their mill, which was closing down. The workers took severe pay cuts and borrowed large sums of money so that they could buy the mill, through a program known as ESOP-Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
