The Eyes of the Birds Movie Review 1982

In this dramatic film, a delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross visits a Uruguayan prison, and learns from the inmates about the horrific conditions there. Later they discover that their conversations have been secretly recorded by the prison authorities.
