Chela: Love, Dreams, and Struggle in Chile Movie Review 1986

The human drama of surviving oppression and brutality is examined in this film. Chela, a 16-year-old girl from Chile, has lived under Pinochet's military dictatorship since she was four. Today, she takes part in the protests against the government while trying to remain a typical teenager.
