Frankenstein Unbound Movie Review 1990

Corman returns after nearly 20 years with a better than ever B movie. Hurt plays Dr. Joseph Buchanan, a nuclear physicist time traveler who accidentally goes back to 1816 and runs into Lord Byron (Patric), Percy (Hutchence) and Mary (Fonda) Shelley and their neighbor Baron Frankenstein (Julia) and his monster (Brimble). But Frankenstein is not done experimenting just yet. Great acting, fun special effects, intelligent and subtle message, with a little sex to keep things going.
