A Quiet Revolution Movie Review 1988

Provides the viewer with an explanation of the theory and history of Liberation Theology. This belief calls for an implementation of Biblical principles to fight hunger, disease, illiteracy, and political oppression while calling for land distribution in Central and South America. Documented are three communities based on this philosophy called Christian Base Communities. They are San Miguel Paulista in Brazil, Riobamba in Ecuador, and Villa el Salvador in Peru.
