Longtime bachelor Throckmorton Gildersleeve (Peary) has finally proposed to girlfriend Matilda (Doran) when he decides to make a trip to New York. Soon there are three women, including blonde babe Francine (Carleton), after our man. Third of four films based on the radio serial "The Great Gildersleeve."
