Miku is finally training for her dream match, but her coach pushes her too far. She quits in frustration and must come to terms with her own emotions before she can progress as a fighter in episode 12, "Miku Drops Out! Miku vs. Eiichi Suo." Miku and Aquamarine face off. Mid-bout Miku realizes what is really holding her back from her true potential in the final episode, "Miku Becomes a Star: Miku vs. Aquamarine." The hard-drinking, moody and violent coach provides a contrast to the eager young Miku while more is learned about Aquamarine and the path she took to become a champion. With drama mingling with the comedy and action, this is very satisfying ending to an excellent series. The final episode provides the encouraging moral that people have more potential than machines.
