Wired to Kill Movie Review

In a wrecked future world (what, again?), two whiz-kid teens seek justice for their parents’ murder by building a remote-controlled erector set programmed for revenge. Shot in South Africa, this formula revenge flick gains a few shreds of interest if you know writer/director Franky Schaeffer is a prominent evangelical activist who turned to sleaze filmmaking to try to break into the secular movie industry. Thus there's a stronger sense of moral doom than usual in its dystopian society where nothing seems to work except automated 800 numbers. Otherwise, no revelation.
