Time Troopers Movie Review

Austrian-made tale set in another one of those post-nuke societies, where special police must execute anyone who has used up their allotted energy ration, whether they're ready to die or not. Small-scale sci fi, similar to Logan's Run in concept, but without the eye candy f/x to fall back upon. Nothing whatsoever to do with time travel, despite the anglicized title. AKA: Morgen Grauen; Morning Terror.
