Starship Movie Review

No-frills Star Wars ripoff about human slaves trying to escape a planet run by evil robots. British sci fi has a surface veneer of cool f/x but absolutely nothing underneath – no sense of fun, wonder, or whatever. Half a consolation bone goes to actor Deep Roy, encased in a expressionless robot suit but still the character one roots for the most. AKA: Lorca and the Outlaws; 2084.
