Starchaser: The Legend of Orin Movie Review

This feature cartoon was released on theatre screens in 3-D, and one truly got dizzy watching the sweeps and swoops of spacecraft with an extra dimension thrown in. That factor is gone on videotape but the rollercoaster sensation still lingers in a Star Wars-inspired plot about a young boy recruited by a Han Solo-type space pilot (whose cigar and unshaven jowls give him quite a villainous appearance). His instructions see the boy through tests of bravery and courage to eliminate a nasty horde of malevolent robots planning to crush all organic sentient life in the universe. Despite the plundering of George Lucas, it's an exciting sci-fi adventure odyssey suitable for all ages.
