Star Crash Movie Review

This spaghetti space opera followed closely on the heels of Star Wars. A trio of adventurers (a woman, a man, and a robot) are sent by space-emperor Christopher Plummer to square off against interstellar bad-guy Joe Spinnell with wits and high-tech (for the time) wizardry. It's all cheesy but very enjoyable, pulled off with a style and flair way beyond its limited budget. Caroline Munro, as always, makes a sexy and appealing heroine. Beats the heck out of Battlestar Galactica. AKA: Stella Star.
