Running Delilah Movie Review

Delilah (Kim Cattrall) is a secret agent who is apparently killed by a vicious arms dealer. Only her fellow agent (Billy Zane) resurrects her and Delilah is transformed into a cybernetic super agent. And her assignment is to go after a terrorist who's building a nuclear weapon with plutonium supplied by Delilah's killer.
