Programmed to Kill Movie Review

A beautiful terrorist is killed by the CIA and transformed on the operating table into a cyborg assassin, to infiltrate and slay her former comrades. She does, but vestigial memories compel the bionic babe to turn against her creators with equal fury. Sandahl Bergman goes the Terminator career route in imitation of her leading man from Conan the Barbarian. Action and violence galore, but ultimately average. AKA: Retaliator.
